Engineer

• Collaborate with design staff and oversee full cycle ICT design activities for mission critical data center projects.
• Interact with organizational leadership to develop and edit project specifications and lead design development efforts.
• Lead project teams and manage projects of complex scope; coordinate activities of other personnel.
• Independently perform advanced engineering work, ICT design tasks, and computation analysis for complex projects.
• Develop scalable fiber optic and copper plant design; determine physical layer route and utilization.
• Provide site support and remediation work; perform QAQC peer reviews where not the lead.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to prepare drawings and visual aids; prepare project design, specification and construction documents.
• Review and/or prepare book or sheet specifications, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, punch lists, project closeout documents, and change order requests.
• Survey existing building conditions and prepare technical reports; collect data for construction documents.
• Manage project design team including resource forecasting and coordination; identify and mitigate scope changes to control cost and schedule impact.
