About the role
- Visit new leads and make introductions while working with contractors
- Measure and price projects
- Make selections with customers and work within contractor budgets
- Create accurate quotes and submit to the home office for ordering
- Meet installers on-site to start projects and ensure the success of the project
- Manage repairs and warranty issues
- Follow up on A/R on your accounts
Requirements
- 3 years of flooring sales and project management experience is necessary
- Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Excellent organizational skills and follow-through with clients
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
- Knowledge of Google Suite and ability to use mobile technology
- Ability to accommodate evening and weekend appointments, if necessary
- Clean background check
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening
