About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Flodesk's web content inventory across flodesk.com, /blog, and /tips.
  • Evolve how Flodesk content is structured for AI discoverability.
  • Write content that's worth reading: deep, accurate, useful.
  • Ship changes on our sites and maintain technical SEO hygiene (structured data, canonicals, site speed, crawlability).
  • Track AI search visibility (share of voice, citations, sentiment) alongside traditional SEO metrics.
  • Expand beyond flodesk.com into Reddit, Youtube and other content platforms as the on-site foundation matures.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 5 years in SEO, content marketing, or growth, with experience working on AEO / GEO / AI search optimization.
  • A track record of moving growth metrics: organic traffic, AI citations, qualified sign-ups.
  • Strong technical SEO foundation: structured data, internal linking, redirects, crawl health, Search Console.
  • Hands-on comfort in Webflow or other CMS platforms.
  • Exceptional AI prompting skills.
  • Data fluency. Comfortable in GA, Search Console, and AI visibility tools.
  • An operator's mindset.
