Write content that's worth reading: deep, accurate, useful.
Ship changes on our sites and maintain technical SEO hygiene (structured data, canonicals, site speed, crawlability).
Track AI search visibility (share of voice, citations, sentiment) alongside traditional SEO metrics.
Expand beyond flodesk.com into Reddit, Youtube and other content platforms as the on-site foundation matures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years in SEO, content marketing, or growth, with experience working on AEO / GEO / AI search optimization.
A track record of moving growth metrics: organic traffic, AI citations, qualified sign-ups.
Strong technical SEO foundation: structured data, internal linking, redirects, crawl health, Search Console.
Hands-on comfort in Webflow or other CMS platforms.
Exceptional AI prompting skills.
Data fluency. Comfortable in GA, Search Console, and AI visibility tools.
An operator's mindset.
