About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides service and repair of Gas detection equipment and systems.
On-site installation and commissioning, diagnostic troubleshooting.
Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of the system.
Acts as the company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
Plan and undertake routine service calls within defined territory.
Ensure maintenance of an appropriate level of spares carried in the company vehicle.
Control individual expenses within agreed budget levels.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Service Manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fault finding skills.
Scheduling of work diary
Computer literate.
Ability to read circuit diagrams and electrical drawings.
Work to RA / MS and “Permit To Work” Schemes.
Full Driving Licence.
