About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage all Graphic Technical Center operations and personnel within the assigned region.
Develop performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, and manage coaching, development, and corrective action in partnership with Human Resources.
Maintain staffing levels to meet contractual obligations and customer requirements.
Develop, implement, and standardize operating procedures that support quality, safety, and operational excellence.
Monitor regional customer KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
Promote a strong safety culture through employee engagement, training, hazard identification, and HSE initiatives.
Coordinate urgent and unforeseen Graphic Technician coverage across customer locations.
Partner with Commercial teams to ensure customer commitments and service expectations are achieved.
Support SAP, supply chain, inventory, and purchasing initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Lead obsolete and return ink inventory reduction programs.
Partner with customers to resolve service issues, complaints, and product-related concerns.
Manage overtime, scheduling, and vacation planning while balancing customer coverage and cost control.
Maintain regional equipment inventories and support capital equipment requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a technical, manufacturing, or business-related field preferred.
3-5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, printing, ink, or production environment.
Strong knowledge of ink management, color matching, inventory control, and quality systems.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop employees.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/inventory management systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.
