About the role
- Build a comprehensive partner analytics dashboard that drives insights and increases revenue/retention
- Be hands-on with data infrastructure, including working directly in Snowflake and Databricks environments, designing data models, and overseeing ML model integration
- Integrate and automate data into decision-making across teams, supporting strategic initiatives
- Lead the development of dashboards, visualizations, and reports that support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify opportunities to integrate predictive models into products and operations
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline data management, including partner remittance
- Operationalize the business with an in-house dashboard that includes KPIs that measure success
- Collaborate with Engineering, Privacy, Legal, and Product teams to embed data management practices into product development and operations
- Proactively monitor data-related risks and ensure strong internal controls and mitigations are in place
- Oversee daily operations of data governance, including metadata management, data access protocols, archiving and optimization of the data management tech stack
- Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise-wide data governance practices
- Ensure consistent data quality, integrity, classification, access controls, and lifecycle management
- Foster a data stewardship culture by working with internal teams to ensure accountability for data ownership
- Champion the ethical use of data and drive practices that balance accessibility, privacy, and compliance.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in data analytics, management and 3+ years of people leadership experience
- Proven track record of establishing standards for data teams and developing individual talent
- Strong technical skills, including SQL, data modeling, and familiarity with data engineering tools (e.g., dbt, Spark, Airflow)
- Strong knowledge of data quality, metadata, and governance frameworks
- Experience translating business needs into scalable data solutions
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working across diverse stakeholder groups
- Exceptional communication and change management skills
- Passion for purpose-driven work and the mission of reducing food waste.
