About the role
- Lead design and implementation of complex features and system improvements
- Collaborate with tech leads and across teams to align architecture and technical strategy
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and perform thoughtful code reviews
- Mentor engineers through pairing, design discussions, and feedback
- Champion best practices for performance, reliability, and scalability, and strike the right balance between technical excellence, delivery speed, and product value
- Stay close to product goals — helping balance technical decisions with business impact
Requirements
- 7+ years experience, with recent hands-on development
- Strong backend/API and cloud skills; proficiency with relational & NoSQL data stores
- Experience with CI/CD, containers/Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices
- Experience on Technologies such as Node.js, React Native, Kotlin and Swift (Knowing Compose Multiplatform and Kotline Multiplatform will be an asset)
- Clear communication, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.
