Requirements

What you’ll need

You are the voice of flaschenpost and handle all customer concerns by phone at 1st level
You provide support to our customers by phone, live chat, email and on social networks
You are flexible with changing early/late shifts during the week and on Saturdays between 8:00 and 23:00
You are enrolled as a student for the entire duration of the working-student employment
You are confident using a PC
You can express yourself well and have a strong command of German, both spoken and written
Customer satisfaction is your top priority and your empathetic manner allows you to relate to customers' concerns
