About the role

  • Use instrumentation to guide flights when visibility is poor.
  • Start engines, operate controls, and pilot airplanes to transport passengers, mail, or freight, adhering to flight plans, regulations, and procedures.
  • Work as part of a flight team with other crew members, especially during takeoffs and landings.
  • Respond to and report in-flight emergencies and malfunctions.
  • Inspect aircraft for defects and malfunctions, according to pre-flight checklists.
  • Explain the challenges and skillsets of your job, explain what excellence looks like in your profession, and design questions related to your occupation as a Airline Pilots, Copilots, and Flight Engineers.

Requirements

  • Have **5+ years full-time work experience**
  • Native-level English skills
  • **U.S. residency**
  • Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet.
  • Availability for **at least 10 hours per week** during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule).
Benefits
  • Hourly pay: $95 – $230, commensurate with experience and project fit.

  • Paid weekly via Fixpoint, based on approved hours.
  • You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will.
