Junior Inside Sales Representative
Five Star SolutionsInside Sales Representative engaging with past clients to identify capital needs. Conducting high-volume outreach in a fast-paced, high-growth financial products company.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct high-volume outreach (120–200 calls per day) to prior customers seeking additional capital
- Communicate via phone, email, and text to assist past clients with new financing applications
- Identify client needs and align them with appropriate product offerings
- Re-engage previous customers to understand their experience and generate repeat business
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead statuses within the CRM system
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and task completion
- Collaborate with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified prospects for closing
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly process-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits
Comp & perks- Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST)
- Status - Full Time 40 hours, Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days
