About the role

  • Own the month-end close and management accounts prep
  • Draft reporting packs and commentary for review
  • Support the Financial Controller with audits and compliance
  • Drive process improvements across AP, payroll and expenses
  • Keep our financial model updated, supporting forecasts and cashflow
  • Act as the first point of contact for finance queries
  • Build strong relationships with management, auditors and advisers

Requirements

  • You’ve got a solid accounting foundation - degree, part-qualified or equivalent experience
  • You’re curious about not just the “how” but the “why” behind financial processes
  • You’re organised, proactive and detail-driven
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • You’re a strong communicator with a team-first mindset
  • you're familiar with SaaS metrics e.g. ARR, churn, CAC, LTV
  • you've had exposure to financial modelling
  • you have any prior experience in tech, SaaS, fitness or VR
  • you've shown signs of leadership in recent roles e.g. managing partners, leading projects
