About the role
- The Voice of FitX: You write powerful copy and give the brand a voice that is instantly recognizable.
- Creative-Athlete: You develop concepts and campaigns that excite people and that even their inner couch potato can’t resist.
- Storyteller: Whether it’s headlines, social copy, scripts or complete campaigns – you turn messages into real motivation and create content people don’t skip, just like leg day.
- Campaign Direction: You develop cinematic concepts, write stories for photo and video productions, and ensure the campaign has a happy ending.
- Non-Ego Lifter: You work closely with design, project management and your creative buddy so that good ideas become strong campaigns.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 4 years as a Copy & Concept specialist in an agency or in-house role, with a strong feel for compelling copy.
- Command of Language: You get messages to the point, love bold headlines and have a sense for tone, timing and stance.
- Concept Skills: You think holistically and develop guiding ideas, campaign mechanics and stories that are immediately understood and eagerly shared.
- Sense for Trends: You have a keen eye for language, culture, social formats and design trends and confidently translate them into FitX communication.
- Passion for Fitness: You’re passionate about the FitX concept, understand our target groups and make their motivation the core of your copy.
- Team Spirit: You work independently, on equal terms, and bring the level of self-confidence strong ideas need.
