About the role
- You design digital learning formats and blended learning journeys — from the initial idea and instructional design to the go-live of the finished e-learning.
- You coordinate content and stakeholders, manage all approvals, and ensure quality and timelines are met.
- You implement e-learnings using Articulate Rise and Storyline and, together with our media production team, produce photo and video content.
- You question existing processes, identify optimization opportunities, and continuously improve our workflows around learning journeys.
- You provide subject-matter sparring, conduct peer reviews, further develop learning content, and strengthen the team methodologically and didactically.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in designing and implementing digital learning formats.
- Proven track record of independently delivering learning projects, including structuring, prioritizing, and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Confident user of the authoring tools Articulate Rise and Storyline and experience with LMS platforms.
- Experienced in working with user feedback, data, and KPIs and able to derive actionable improvements.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and a record of successfully delivered projects.
