About the role

  • You identify relevant topics and tell the success stories of our members, employees and the company.
  • You respond to press inquiries and develop topics across owned, earned and paid media.
  • You are responsible for communications around our social commitment “FitX Gives Back”.
  • You act as deputy to the press spokesperson.
  • You work with other units on high-profile projects, partnerships and campaigns.
  • You shape internal communications and are responsible for our digital town hall.

Requirements

  • You have at least five years of experience in PR and corporate communications.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate press relations and internal communications.
  • Excellent writing skills and a strong sense for audience-oriented storytelling.
  • Editorial experience is a plus.
  • You are familiar with PR and media processes.
  • A solid network of press contacts is an advantage.
  • You approach topics independently and drive process improvements.
  • You have initial experience leading or motivating small teams or projects.
