About the role
- Hire, develop, and inspire top talent in the marketing team
- Lead regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning
- Foster a high-eNPS culture rooted in coaching, engagement, and retention
- Own and direct the full 360° brand experience across digital, social, PR, and partnerships
- Collaborate with B2B sales and performance marketing to achieve revenue goals
- Lead community growth and engagement initiatives
- Oversee content strategy, planning, and delivery in alignment with brand objectives
Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years focused on shaping brand strategy and 3+ years driving go-to-market success
- Know what it takes to manage and grow a physical product brand—because you’ve done it, more than once
- Have led and inspired creative talent for 5+ years, whether internally, externally, or across both
- Know how to take a creative idea from concept to execution and have led the full process for 3+ years
- Are passionate about performance and know how to bring out the best in a team
- Use data to guide decisions—not just gut feel—with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta platforms, and Shopify.
