About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Call high-net-worth leads provided by the firm, qualifying prospects and scheduling face-to-face appointments.
  • Meet with prospective clients to acquire new clients and assets for the firm.
  • Work from home as an independent contractor (tied agent) and concentrate exclusively on acquisition (no administrative or after-sale responsibilities).
  • Sell investment services to high-net-worth individuals.
  • Focus on bringing on new private clients with liquid assets of more than €350,000.
  • Receive support from our teams and a steady flow of leads generated by Fisher, as well as marketing materials.
  • Develop an understanding of Fisher Investments' market philosophy through sessions ranging from Capital Markets to sales training.
  • Report directly to the Managing Director.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Consistent and quantifiable individual sales success with stock market investors.
  • Minimum 5 years' proven success selling to high-net-worth individuals.
  • Demonstrable track record of closing new investor business.
  • Traits of top salespeople: motivated mindset to set and reach goals — “money is a measure of success.”
  • Calculated risk-taker; comfortable with a win-some, lose-some approach.
  • Optimistic outlook; views setbacks as opportunities to learn and find solutions.
  • High activity orientation and persistence in the face of setbacks.
  • Ability to connect with diverse audiences through strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly ethical and professional.
