Develop, implement, and maintain operational resilience/continuity plans across all business units and entities
Align with risk areas to support identification of critical services and lead Business Impact Assessments (BIA) that define acceptable recovery objectives and service degradation levels.
Collaborate with department leaders to ensure continuity strategies are practical, up-to-date, and aligned with operational priorities
Coordinate and facilitate tabletop exercises, scenario planning, and drills to test organization readiness
Document and track corrective actions and lessons learned from exercises and real events
Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, including responding to internal or external audits
Work with the continuity team to provide support to the business during disruptions and support coordinated response efforts
Provide regular training and awareness sessions to increase employee understanding and engagement in continuity planning
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field
3+ years of experience in business continuity, IT disaster recovery, IT risk management, or similar related fields with a strong focus on business continuity processes
Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar certifications
Knowledge of DORA and its implications for digital operational resilience
