About the role
- Act as the central voice of Fisher Investments Canada, servicing Canadian high-net-worth clients
- Partner with internal portfolio decision-makers, research teams, client service associates, and sales team
- Proactively connect with clients quarterly to review asset allocation and long-term financial goals
- Educate clients on top-down portfolio strategy, investments, market events, and competitive landscape
- Rely on sales team to gradually build your roster of high-net-worth clients within the first year
- Report to group manager for guidance and personalized career development
- Participate in firm's training program and adhere to fee-only fiduciary practices
- Onsite role based in Plano, TX with potential hybrid work eligibility based on tenure and performance
Requirements
- CFA (passed any level)
- Series 65 (we will help you obtain upon starting)
- 4+ years of experience with portfolio management and client relationship building
- Bachelor's degree
- A thoughtful consultative approach with an emphasis on client focus
- Currently working in the United States and able to service clients living in Canada
- Ability to build trusting relationships with high-net-worth clients
