About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Directly sell to customers in Fischer Technology’s in Dallas, Texas and region.
  • Meet with customers, promote Fischer Technology’s product portfolio.
  • Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, including tracking sales activities and managing sales orders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support regarding product specifications and applications.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Materials, Quality, Metrology, or Mechanical engineering preferred.
  • High levels of relevant instrumentation experience will also be considered.
  • Proven experience in B2B selling, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
  • Strong experience in Sales, proven attendance in training courses like Sandler, Miller Heiman and others.
  • Strong focus on Sales processes.
  • 3-5 years of experience with analytic instrumentation, preferably with XRF or SEM.
  • 3-5 years of experience in capital equipment sales.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnights.
  • Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
