About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure coaching sessions adhere to LASSO’s delivery and awards system.
- Mentor and guide assistant coaches, ensuring consistent coaching standards.
- Monitor player progress using "Playermaker" technology and provide personalized feedback.
- Coordinate weekly training sessions, summer camps, and competitive matches.
- Uphold health and player safety standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all participants.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of a USSF "D" License with head coach experience, or a USSF "C" License (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of experience in youth soccer coaching.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to participating in company training sessions.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
