About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

This busy role will be telephone based, taking inbound and making outbound calls throughout the day in relation to a portfolio of customer accounts
Demonstrate the ability to understand a customers’ financial situation
Understand the complexity of finance agreements, and make sound decisions to ensure a good customer outcome
Be a great communicator with our customers, explaining things such as payment plans that you have calculated with them
