What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, related field, or equivalent experience
With bachelor’s degree: 1 year of experience in underwriting mortgage loans, loan processing, and/or performing quality control underwriting.
Without bachelor’s degree (or equivalent): 3 years of experience in underwriting mortgage loans, loan processing, and/or performing quality control underwriting.
2-3 years of experience in real estate lending, mortgage compliance, or mortgage banking
One (1) year of experience in underwriting mortgage loans, loan processing, and/or performing quality control underwriting.
