About the role
- Lead engineering efforts across hybrid IT systems, software, and hardware product lines.
- Full lifecycle system engineering — from design and integration to testing and sustainment — with a focus on supporting DoD C5ISR missions.
- Lead design, integration, testing, and sustainment of complex IT and C5ISR systems.
- Perform systems analysis, risk management, and technical assessments.
- Deliver technical briefings, reports, and recommendations to Government stakeholders.
- Serve as technical task lead, overseeing engineering teams and project execution.
- Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity and information assurance requirements.
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 10 years (with Master’s) or 14 years (with Bachelor’s) of IT experience overseeing hybrid software, web, and hardware product development.
- Experience integrating network operating systems, applications, and hardware devices.
- Proven success preparing/delivering technical briefings and managing technical teams.
- IAM Level II certification (CAP, CASP+, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, etc.) in accordance with DoD 8570/8140 requirements.
- Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and lifecycle considerations in system design.
- Clearance Required: Secret
