About the role
- Processing transactions and servicing customer requests
- Identifying sales opportunities through building relationships
- Float between multiple locations
- Participate in 1 to 2 virtual professional development sessions
- Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues
- Initiate conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities
- Listen attentively and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and preferences; address immediate needs
- Look for ways to optimize performance by seeking coaching and supporting Bank initiatives
- Comply with all regulations, bank policies, procedures, and delegated authorities to manage risk
- Complete required training by established deadlines
- Perform general office management duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 months customer service experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Financial literacy
- Knowledge of retail banking products and services
- Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution
- Positive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking skills
