About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and retain a quality residential client base of real estate agents, brokers, lenders, builders, agents, attorneys and others
- Acquire new business and maintain existing customers
- Interface daily with division management, branch manager and escrow staff
- Build client relationships and secure new orders from new customers
- Maintain and expand business with the existing client base
- Communicate proactively with clients and respond in a timely manner
- Compile prospective customer lists for use as sales leads
- Develop and execute call plans for qualified real estate agents, brokers, lenders and attorneys
- Assess individual client needs and develop, present and implement plans to meet those needs
- Attend real estate industry functions and participate in community and real estate events
- Create, adapt and deliver group and individual presentations to customer groups and target customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to listen to customers, understand their needs and objectives, and provide solutions
- Diplomacy and tact
