About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide leadership and ownership for operational functions related to Title services
  • Manage production operations for a group supporting multiple counties
  • Supervise an internal team of up to 30 employees and lead offshore production teams
  • Delegate tasks, manage workflow, recommend staffing needs, and direct work
  • Coach and mentor staff and manage employee performance
  • Drive day-to-day operations across onshore and offshore teams
  • Establish channel goals and objectives and lead training, coaching, and performance management
  • Work with internal customers to meet service requests and resolve problems
  • Strengthen client relationships, improve customer service agreements, and develop more efficient processes
  • Solicit feedback on team performance and work toward solutions
  • Analyze monthly P&L and unit cost data with the financial organization and Channel Director
  • Use financial tools to guide staff and improve team financial performance
  • Lead problem-solving and organizational change initiatives
  • Cultivate business relationships with senior leaders and provide input on strategic initiatives
  • Ensure high-quality, low-cost production and compliance with customer cycle-time service levels
  • Make sound business decisions independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of directly related experience
  • 5+ years of management and leadership experience
  • Title insurance experience required
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to present concepts and ideas
  • Ability to analyze and advise on complex production processes
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with all organizational levels
  • Ability to collaborate with onshore and offshore teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Superior analytical and product management skills
  • Thorough understanding of interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
