About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership and ownership for operational functions related to Title services
Manage production operations for a group supporting multiple counties
Supervise an internal team of up to 30 employees and lead offshore production teams
Delegate tasks, manage workflow, recommend staffing needs, and direct work
Coach and mentor staff and manage employee performance
Drive day-to-day operations across onshore and offshore teams
Establish channel goals and objectives and lead training, coaching, and performance management
Work with internal customers to meet service requests and resolve problems
Strengthen client relationships, improve customer service agreements, and develop more efficient processes
Solicit feedback on team performance and work toward solutions
Analyze monthly P&L and unit cost data with the financial organization and Channel Director
Use financial tools to guide staff and improve team financial performance
Lead problem-solving and organizational change initiatives
Cultivate business relationships with senior leaders and provide input on strategic initiatives
Ensure high-quality, low-cost production and compliance with customer cycle-time service levels
Make sound business decisions independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
6+ years of directly related experience
5+ years of management and leadership experience
Title insurance experience required
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
Ability to present concepts and ideas
Ability to analyze and advise on complex production processes
Ability to build relationships and work effectively with all organizational levels
Ability to collaborate with onshore and offshore teams
Strong attention to detail and ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
Superior analytical and product management skills
Thorough understanding of interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
