About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary national contact for new reverse exchange inquiries
  • Clarify responsibilities, deliverables, deadlines, and communication expectations for all involved parties
  • Oversee deal-volume management and provide flexible support to the reverse exchange team
  • Track and evaluate reverse exchange inquiries, transaction volume, referral sources, conversion rates, and revenue results
  • Develop and deliver training for sales and operations employees regarding reverse exchange fundamentals
  • Identify, develop, and implement standardized processes, tools, and best practices
  • Participate in client presentations, educational meetings, webinars, or other business-development activities
  • Build strong working relationships across national sales, operations, and reverse exchange functions
  • Engage with executive leadership team on hiring needs, performance management, resources, and tools required for the reverse exchange team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years demonstrated experience managing complex cross functional units or groups
  • Demonstrated competency in creating and executing on strategic plans
  • Proven track record of leading large, complex projects, including reverse 1031 Exchanges and build-to-suit 1031 exchanges
  • Strong experience and knowledge of functional tools and infrastructure
  • Possesses strong problem solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills
