Functions as the senior-most Information Security leader for ServiceMac
Establishes and maintains a comprehensive Information Security Program.
Serves as primary security advisor to executive leadership.
Maintains regulatory awareness and ensures proper controls and reporting structures are in place.
Oversees threat and vulnerability management, control implementation.
Oversees incident response planning and serves as escalation point for major security events.
Provides security architecture guidance for business and IT initiatives.
Leads security awareness initiatives and promotes strong security culture.
Oversees third-party risk in coordination with enterprise programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of technical experience as a senior contributor.
8+ years of management experience including 3–5 years of director-level experience.
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred.
Knowledge of security and control frameworks such as NIST, ISO, COBIT, and related enterprise governance models
Ability to translate enterprise Information Security strategy into actionable ServiceMac programs, measurable outcomes, and risk-based priorities.
Demonstrated understanding of Information Security, cyber risk management, and regulatory expectations applicable to financial services environments and mortgage servicing operations.
