Key responsibilities & impact

Establish and build professional relationships with customers and clients
Address escalated customer service issues
Review contracts and purchase agreements
Prepare closing documents on all transactions
Perform quality checks on files
Calculate title and escrow rates
Verify receipt of deposits
Prepare and distribute invoices for services
Review and verify title search results

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent
Typically requires 3+ years related experience
Escrow Officer certification or completion of escrow officer training program
May require Notary licensing
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of deeds, satisfactions, judgments, and corporate documents as it relates to property
Detail / quality oriented
Problem solving skills
Effective communication skills: verbal & written
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of company operating systems (i.e. FAST)
