About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and evolve enterprise-critical process domains within the title insurance lifecycle
- Partner with functional area teams and cross-functional stakeholders to reimagine and streamline workflows
- Translate operational needs into scalable, digital-first solutions by collaborating closely with technology and product teams
- Leverage production data and root cause analysis to diagnose issues, measure performance, and continuously refine processes
- Develop, maintain, and govern standardized process documentation to ensure consistency, scalability, compliance, and sustained adoption
- Embed compliance and regulatory requirements into all process design
- Act as a final decision-maker for process design standards within assigned domains
- Lead cross-functional alignment across operations, product, technology, and compliance to drive adoption of standardized workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of progressive experience in the functional area
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Deep and detailed understanding of functional area operations and processes
- Demonstrated experience in process analysis, workflow design, and leading process improvement initiatives
- Experience working with title production systems (e.g., Ignite, FAST, SoftPro, ResWare, RamQuest, Qualia, or similar platforms)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and process documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency with process mapping and data tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart, Excel, and data visualization platforms)
- Demonstrated digital mindset with a high degree of adaptability
