About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Performs a mix of routine and moderately complex financial analysis
Partners with business units to research and resolve reconciliation discrepancies
Leads process improvement initiatives by standardizing and streamlining workflows
Perform reconciliations across internal accounting systems
Proactively identify and pursue process improvement opportunities
Build and maintain ongoing partnerships with internal customers
Research and resolve general ledger discrepancies
Provide input to management and recommend strategies to improve efficiency
Participate in and/or provide oversight for M&A activities
Collect, analyze, and prepare metrics and reporting for supported business units
Review offshore production performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Typically requires 4–7 years of related finance or accounting experience
Demonstrated critical thinking skills
Strong problem‑solving capabilities
Solid conceptual understanding of accounting and finance principles
Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Proven ability to diagnose issues, analyze root causes, and drive appropriate resolutions
Experience facilitating or participating in meetings with senior‑level, cross‑functional stakeholders
Experience working with enterprise financial systems; Oracle experience preferred
