About the role
- Own end-to-end delivery of a multi-year legacy platform modernization program
- Define and maintain a master program roadmap
- Establish and operate a structured program cadence
- Drive release and deployment planning in coordination with engineering leads
- Facilitate alignment across three engineering workstream leads
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in technical project or program management
- At least 3 years managing large-scale platform modernization, re-architecture, or cloud migration programs
- PMP certification required; PgMP or equivalent program-level certification preferred
- Strong command of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
