About the role
- Manages the operating activities of the escrow department to provide top rated service for high profile clients within desired timeframes
- Assures that all employees within area of responsibility are working towards a common goal
- Participates in the development of both short and long range plans for the organization and personnel
- Collaboratively engages with leaders to create, identify, and implement solutions to further business effectiveness
- Advises team and handles non-routine matters
- Builds out new projects within utilized systems
- Creates and implements new processes in accordance with divisional guidelines
- Reviews processes for compliance and efficiency
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of directly related experience
- 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong process skills required; detail oriented
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Strong Excel, project management and data analysis skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
