Manages the operating activities of the escrow department to provide top rated service for high profile clients within desired timeframes
Assures that all employees within area of responsibility are working towards a common goal
Participates in the development of both short and long range plans for the organization and personnel
Collaboratively engages with leaders to create, identify, and implement solutions to further business effectiveness
Advises team and handles non-routine matters
Builds out new projects within utilized systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5-7 years of directly related experience
3-5 years demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role
Strong process skills required; detail oriented
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Strong Excel, project management and data analysis skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
