About the role
- Analyze complex business challenges by gathering and interpreting data from multiple sources
- Design and implement BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and data models
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives and define key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities
- Stay informed on emerging BI tools, technologies, and best practices
Requirements
- Requires BS Degree or equivalent work experience
- Typically have 5+ years of directly related experience
- Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or process improvement roles
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI & Power Automate) and SQL data querying language
- Experience with large datasets, relational databases, and data modeling
- Microsoft 365 proficiency
