About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • play an essential role on the recruiting team
  • support recruiters as we guide candidates through the stages of the interview process
  • create an exceptional experience for our candidates and hiring teams
  • schedule multiple stages of the interview process including assessments and on-site interviews
  • coordinate candidate travel, meals, and interview materials
  • host candidates while they're visiting us on-site
  • reliably partner with all employees who participate in the interview process
  • troubleshoot scheduling issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting/HR coordination and/or project management/calendar management
  • Attention to detail, sees tasks through to completion, and a passion for creating processes
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to change
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Success operating in a fast-paced, technical engineering and or manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Experience using Workday and Microsoft Excel (preferred)
  • Experience with reporting in Workday and/or data visualization with PowerBI (preferred)
