Recruiting Coordinator
Firefly AerospaceRecruiting Coordinator supporting Firefly Aerospace's recruiting team to enable successful candidate experiences. Play an essential role in scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate logistics.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- play an essential role on the recruiting team
- support recruiters as we guide candidates through the stages of the interview process
- create an exceptional experience for our candidates and hiring teams
- schedule multiple stages of the interview process including assessments and on-site interviews
- coordinate candidate travel, meals, and interview materials
- host candidates while they're visiting us on-site
- reliably partner with all employees who participate in the interview process
- troubleshoot scheduling issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year of experience in recruiting/HR coordination and/or project management/calendar management
- Attention to detail, sees tasks through to completion, and a passion for creating processes
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Flexible and willing to adapt to change
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Success operating in a fast-paced, technical engineering and or manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Experience using Workday and Microsoft Excel (preferred)
- Experience with reporting in Workday and/or data visualization with PowerBI (preferred)
