About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and map processes involving rent collection and receivables-advance services to identify improvement opportunities.
Lead meetings with relevant teams and document minutes.
Analyze collected information and use Figma Jam to reproduce current processes and propose changes.
Monitor and analyze data to increase rental and advance revenues, review dashboards and propose improvements when necessary.
Measure outcomes of Financial Products projects.
Produce a weekly results report.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analyses and presentation of results.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analyses and presentation of results.
Experience in receivables-advance or lending, within Product, Operations, Commercial/Sales, Customer Service, or Technology areas, preferably at a payment acquirer or financial institution.
Backlog management
Writing user stories
Prioritization of work/items
Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
Stakeholder alignment
Defining requirements and product vision
