About the role
- Support several projects in the area of sprinkler system modifications and small-scale plant construction
- Process repair orders and prepare quotations
- Ensure contracts are executed in accordance with project timelines, costs and revenues
- Manage contract amendments (claim/change order management)
- Maintain customer contact and participate in site meetings
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a technician or an equivalent qualification
- Initial experience with AutoCAD or another CAD/design program
- Proficient in common MS Office programs
- Strong service orientation
- Team-oriented, customer-friendly, communicative and solution-focused
