About the role
- Technical and commercial responsibility for multiple projects in the area of sprinkler system alterations/renovations
- Processing repair orders and preparing the associated quotations
- Contract-compliant execution of projects with regard to schedules, costs and revenues
- Full change order (claims) management
- Maintaining customer contact and participating in site/project meetings
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in mechanical engineering, building services/plant engineering or an equivalent qualification as a technician or master craftsman
- Several years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally with sprinkler systems
- AutoCAD skills or experience with other CAD/design software
- Confident user of the MS Office suite
- Structured and results-oriented working style
- Communicative and solution-focused, comfortable working in a team
