About the role
- Technical and commercial responsibility for multiple projects in the area of sprinkler system retrofits
- Handling repair orders and preparing the associated quotations
- Contract-compliant execution of projects with respect to deadlines, costs and revenues
- Complete change order management
- Customer contact and attendance at construction/site meetings
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in mechanical engineering, building services/utility engineering, or equivalent training as a technician or master craftsman
- Several years of professional experience as a project manager, preferably in the field of sprinkler systems
- AutoCAD skills or experience with other design/CAD software
- Proficient user of the MS Office suite
- Structured and results-oriented working style
- Communicative and solution-oriented, enjoys working in a team
