About the role
- Facilitate new client implementation, thoroughly understanding each account’s pain points & use-case with a custom approach to see to their success
- Provide proactive and consultative client support throughout the duration of the client engagement
- Identify & add-on upsells to some of FINTRX’s largest clients
- Drive revenue growth for the company
- Work with a strong sense of urgency to meet and exceed daily/monthly KPIs and document interactions with clients
- Providing additional resources for our client base: including our Knowledge Center, webinars, tutorial videos and other mediums.
- Maintain up to date and accurate CRM activity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance and/or Economics
- 4+ years of experience as a customer success manager within a SaaS, Fintech or Financial services company required
- Experience within the financial industry strongly preferred
- Scrappy, resourceful and a creative problem solver when discovering the business needs of the customer and understanding how FINTRX plugs into the bigger picture
- Proficiency in excel, Gsuite, and other related software
- Very high attention to detail
- Proven Leadership Experience -- a leader, a builder, a visionary
- Excellent written and verb and communication skills
- Candidate must be able to work EST business hours.
