About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
- Significant coordination and correspondence between internal and external staff
- Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting and resolving conflicts
- Provides guidance to complex calendar management
- Schedules appointments, including conference calls and video conferences
- Makes complex arrangements for travel and addresses last-minute changes
- Manages incoming calls and prioritizes messages
- Prepares and manages email correspondence and other written materials
- Tracks expenses and prepares expense reports
- Provides assistance and guidance to various organizational PS programs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ten years of related experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, executive assistant or similar responsibilities
- Advanced experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Significant experience utilizing travel and expense systems such as Concur and Workday.
