About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
  • Significant coordination and correspondence between internal and external staff
  • Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting and resolving conflicts
  • Provides guidance to complex calendar management
  • Schedules appointments, including conference calls and video conferences
  • Makes complex arrangements for travel and addresses last-minute changes
  • Manages incoming calls and prioritizes messages
  • Prepares and manages email correspondence and other written materials
  • Tracks expenses and prepares expense reports
  • Provides assistance and guidance to various organizational PS programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ten years of related experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, executive assistant or similar responsibilities
  • Advanced experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Significant experience utilizing travel and expense systems such as Concur and Workday.
