Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the financial services industry or regulation
Experience managing diverse operational functions
Direct experience in driving organizational change
Strong critical thinking, research, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal skills
