About the role

Identify opportunities to leverage technology to achieve OCLO strategic objectives
Partner with business and technology sponsors to build successful business cases
Oversee and manage OCLO technology products
Define and facilitate program governance structure
Represent and collaborate with business units across the full project lifecycle
Drive the adoption of advanced reporting and analytics tools
Lead vendor engagement efforts
Oversee ongoing service delivery for compliance with legal agreements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience
Minimum of three (3) years in operations and complex project management
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently
Experience with planning, designing, and implementing business and system solutions for Legal, Risk, and Compliance areas
Familiarity with advanced reporting and analytics tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
