About the role
- Implement, deploy, and maintain enterprise endpoint security platforms
- Support security analysis and incident response activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture
- Mentor junior staff in project-level tasks
- Identify and recommend new security technologies and tools
- Maintain security tools across environments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the securities/financial services industry
- Minimum five (5) years supervisory experience required
- Relevant security certifications and vendor-specific training
- Familiarity with container security and Kubernetes operations
- Extensive knowledge of FINRA, MSRB, and SRO rules
- Working knowledge of data analytics and platforms (e.g., Power BI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
