About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with business unit leaders to define open-position specifics, including titles, descriptions, and work locations
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified public relations agency candidates at all career levels
  • Obtain CFO authorization and approved compensation budgets for new requisitions
  • Write job listings and descriptions for authorized job boards
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, resume screening, work-sample review, screening interviews, and candidate advancement
  • Manage interview scheduling, logistics, assessments, and candidate feedback
  • Maintain candidate records and progression in the applicant tracking system
  • Maintain pipeline candidates in the ATS for future openings
  • Provide recruitment status updates to candidates and hiring leaders
  • Create and issue authorized offer documents
  • Solicit and document candidate referrals and referral sources
  • Track job-ad efficacy, candidate quality, and response rates and report findings to the Global Head of HR
  • Maintain knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices
  • Conduct offboarding procedures for assigned business units
  • Participate in HR team meetings, projects, and activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting public relations and/or marketing professionals
  • Agency experience strongly preferred
  • B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Management, or a related field
  • Business English fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
  • Strong verbal and written stakeholder and hiring-manager communication skills
  • Experience recruiting candidates at all organizational levels
  • Experience solving recruitment-related issues or challenges
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar prospecting platforms
  • Strong communication skills
