About the role

  • Meta Ads – Conceptualize and edit high-performing video ads for Meta and other platforms that captivate our target audience.
  • Motion Design & Effects – Use After Effects and motion graphics to give ads a real "wow" factor.
  • UGC Content Editing – Turn creator material into high-converting ads.
  • Online Shop & Branding – Support the visual design of shop graphics and creatives for our brand.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences.
  • Confident user of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Experience with motion graphics and special effects for high-quality visualizations.
  • Understanding of UGC content and editing creator material.
  • Ideally some experience in the fashion sector and a strong sense for visual trends.
  • Plus: Knowledge of Canva or CapCut for fast, high-performing video edits.
  • An excellent eye for design and the ability to optimize ads strategically.
  • Creativity, proactivity, and strong communication skills.
  • Very good German and English skills.
