About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct online consultations via Google Meet on topics such as occupational disability insurance, investments, retirement planning and family finances.
  • Prepare for and follow up on client appointments, including producing clear recommendations.
  • Analyze the financial starting point of prospects and existing clients.
  • Develop individual financial and protection plans tailored to clients’ lives.
  • Maintain and document all relevant client data in our CRM system.
  • Provide active servicing of our existing clients, including regular check-ins regarding life events and opportunities for optimization.
  • Handle qualified inbound inquiries generated via webinars, referrals or our website — no cold calling.
  • Work closely within a small team, including exchanging expertise, optimizing processes and helping shape a modern advisory culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional experience in financial or insurance advisory, e.g. as a broker, within a structured sales/distribution organization, or as a consultant for an insurer or bank.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for explaining complex topics in an understandable way.
  • Digital affinity and enthusiasm for modern online advisory using professional tools.
  • Structured and reliable working style, even during periods with many client appointments.
  • Friendly and respectful manner towards clients and colleagues.
