Key responsibilities & impact

Support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365
Gather and translate business requirements into D365 functional and technical solutions
Configure and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 functionality based on business requirements
Partner with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Support testing, issue resolution, deployment, and production readiness activities
Assist with data migration, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation
Support user access and security, including roles, permissions, and access-related troubleshooting
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and platform utilization
Develop and maintain appropriate functional and technical documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
Experience supporting Dynamics 365 implementations, enhancements, or enterprise projects
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be located in the United States
Experience with Dynamics 365 data migrations preferred
Experience managing or configuring D365 security roles, permissions, and user access preferred
Experience with integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications preferred
Experience working in complex enterprise environments preferred
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus
