Key responsibilities & impact

Drive Agile delivery and execution across engineering and product teams
Use Jira dashboards, reporting, and Agile metrics to monitor delivery health and team performance
Identify delivery risks, workflow bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies
Help improve team processes, operational efficiency, and delivery predictability
Support SAFe Agile practices across multiple teams
Provide delivery updates, reporting, and visibility to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, or Project Management experience
Strong SAFe Agile experience
Strong hands-on Jira experience, including dashboards, reporting, and metrics
Experience supporting engineering and product organizations
Strong understanding of Agile delivery, workflow optimization, and team operations
Media & Entertainment industry experience is a plus
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
