About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently carry out market-value appraisals of real estate (residential, industrial and commercial) for mortgage lending.
- Using an innovative AI-based system, conduct these assessments remotely without on-site visits.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (preferably in economics/finance, or engineering disciplines such as industrial or civil engineering) OR a bachelor's degree.
- Interest in property valuation calculations and various appraisal methods.
- Structured working method and an analytical mindset.
- Affinity with the digital world.
